1. Who we are
The website multiagentai.ai is operated by Luke Kevin McLaughlin (the “publisher”), trading as lukekevinmclaughlin-oss. Contact: support@multiagentai.ai.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the website only. The MultiAgentOS desktop application is local-first and does not transmit your prompts, conversations, workspace files, or run history off your machine. See the in-app Privacy & Offline settings for how the application handles data.
3. What we collect on the website

Necessary cookies / storage — We store your cookie
consent decision in
localStorageso we don't ask again on every visit. This is set with or without your consent because the site can't function without it. -
Analytics (optional, off by default) — If you accept
analytics in the cookie banner, we use privacy-conscious analytics
tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to count page
views and understand which content is helpful. GA4 is configured with
anonymize_ip, no Google Signals, and no ad personalisation. Without your consent, analytics tools do not load. - Checkout — When you start checkout, the request goes to Stripe. Stripe collects what's necessary to complete a payment (email, billing details, card data). Stripe is the data controller for payment data; see Stripe's privacy policy.

Release-update signups — If you submit your email
address for release updates, we store it as a Stripe Customer record
with
source=newsletter. We use this only to email you about MultiAgentOS releases. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.
4. What we do not do
- No advertising cookies. No retargeting.
- No cross-site tracking. No fingerprinting.
- No selling, sharing, or licensing your data to third parties.
- No automatic crash reports or telemetry from the desktop app.
5. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA)
You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, export it, or restrict our processing of it. Email support@multiagentai.ai and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also revoke cookie consent at any time via cookie settings.
6. Data retention
Stripe retains payment records as required by law (typically 7 years). Release-update emails are retained until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained under the defaults configured in each analytics tool and is not linked to your identity by us.
7. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we'll bump the version number above and, where required, ask for fresh consent.
